Colleges and academic deanships evaluate all program offerings, academic collaborations, initiatives, and student experience within the university to gauge its performance in meeting learning outcomes as well as overall strategic objectives.
Research centers evaluate KFUPM’s research initiatives and interests to see that the university is investing in relevant research areas that will steer it in the right direction with respect to its strategic goals and competitive positioning.
Service departments appraise the internal services being provided to internal stakeholders and visitors to ensure that all users are satisfied and that the quality of each service is globally competitive.
