Performance and Quality Management

Performance and quality management at KFUPM refers to a way of determining how effective and efficient the university’s services and offerings are to the need of all its internal and external stakeholders. 

The Performance and Quality Management unit of the OPQ coordinates the strategic planning process of the university by providing a centralized direction in the formulation of its long-term goals and operational development plans. 

The OPQ formulates strategic plans and procedures to enhance KFUPM’s quality assurance. In addition, OPQ coordinates and support the implementation of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. 

OPQ monitors the operational development plans by evaluating institutional performance as laid out in the plans thereby promoting productivity and continuous process improvement.
