Institutional Surveys

The integral efforts to continually contribute to improving effectiveness and performance of KFUPM are based on Institutional surveys.

Institutional surveys are evaluations done through data collection, analysis and transformation into useable information to support decision-making, planning, benchmarking and accreditation.Surveys are sets of questionnaires designed to collect and gather information for specific goals and needs of the university. The results are then analyzed, interpreted and used by the university to improve and update its different systems and wide range of academic and non-academic services.

One of the most imperative functions of The Office of Planning and Quality is to conduct institutional surveys for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, dependents, visitors and other specific groups of interest at KFUPM.

The surveys currently conducted are: :

  • CX and MX Surveys
  • Employer Surveys
  • Exit Surveys
  • Faculty Engagement Surveys
  • Happiness Index Surveys
  • KFUPM Alumni Surveys
  • Student Experience Surveys

These surveys are designed to identify the need and reflect on diverse concerns in different aspects of the university, and assist the organization in its mission for continuous upscaling and being globally competitive.
